Our founder, Krishna De, is a leading business mentor, executive coach and coach supervisor and has been a practicing coach for over 17 years. She also guides professional services firms to build their corporate brand, employer brand and personal brand so that they stand out in a crowded market place, attract more of their ideal clients and grow their business.
She is committed to enriching the coacing profession having been in a position for many years of hiring professional coaches to work in some of the worlds leading companies.
As the Founder and Vice Chair of "The Association for Coaching in Ireland" she is already shaping the world of coaching.
